Beethoven will be preformed by the Yellow Springs Chamber Orchestra and Community Chorus this Saturday and the Horszowshi Trio is coming to town on Sunday.

The Yellow Springs Chamber Orchestra and Community Chorus will perform an all Beethoven convert pm Saturday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church. The program includes Symphony No. 6 (Pastoral) and the Choral Fantasy, with pianist Seth Kaplan as soloist. Donations at the door will benefit Yellow Springs Community Music.
As part of the Chamber Music Yellow Springs series, the Horszowshi Trio will perform on Sunday, Feb. 9 at 7:30 p.m. also at the First Presbyterian Church. The trio will perform the Saint-Saens Trio No. 1, Joan Tower’s [iece “For Daniel,” and the Dvorak Piano Trio in F minor. A pre-concert lecture from Charles Larkowski will be held in the church at 6:45 p.m. For more information visit http://www.cmys.org
