Tour green homes, businesses in and around Yellow Springs

This weekend, Yellow Springs and area hosts will open their sustainably powered homes and businesses to the public for the 12th annual Green Energy Ohio tour. The free event happening in communities across the state on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 3–5, features three locations in Yellow Springs, one in Xenia and three in Springfield. Participants can also create a custom tour using the Green Energy website http://www.greenenergyohio.org/ost/search.cfm?yr=2014.  Â
