Mildred Priser, of Yellow Springs, passed away Dec. 12 at Greene Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 65.
Mildred was born Sept. 1, 1949, to William and Ellen (Gifford) Priser. She worked for 30 years in Yellow Springs, at Dick and Tom’s/Village Coffee Shop/Sunrise Cafe, waitressing and cooking on the grill. Later she worked at Xenia Walmart.
She is survived by two sisters, Rebecca Reed, of Yellow Springs, and Betty Hull, of Florida; brother Paul Hoover of Xenia and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and by sister Sharon Baldwin. A memorial will be held at a later date.
