More than 60 people attended the Yellow Springs Home, Inc. ribbon cutting celebration of the first home constructed as part of the Cemetery Street project, featuring the five person Wyant home buyer family — shown above are Erica and Caleb and their daughter, Rudy. The Cemetery Street project is the first of four units to be built through an historic partnership with the Village of Yellow Springs.  More than $60,000 went into making the home affordable, provided by the Morgan Family Foundation, FHLBank of Cincinnati, Finance Fund, Bike & Build Inc., Vectren Foundation, and Huntington Bank. The second home in the project is slated to be built this year for a local special needs family of four.
