Pamela Bradds

Pamela A. Bradds passed away peacefully at her sister’s home in Minnesota on Aug. 6 in the morning light, in her sister’s arms, surrounded by love and friends. She was 59 years old.

Born on March 3, 1956, Pam was a daughter, a sister, a wife, a devoted mother, a baker of red velvet cakes extraordinaire, avid gardener and Bengals fan, a lover of flowers (especially wave petunias and sunflowers), a speedboat driver, moped cruiser, sledding companion and lover of all things Elvis. She was the costume queen of many occasions.

Her love and compassion were shown in her devotion to her children, her faith, her work with the elderly at the Friends Care Center, her salon clients and her daily encounters with all living creatures. She always gave to those who were less fortunate, even when she had nothing for herself. She lived life fully, faithfully and in the end she got her smile back.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Berardi and Betty Moore. She is survived by her two sons, Benjamin Stevens and Jason Bradds; her sisters Sharon Berardi-Prince and Carla Berardi; brother J.P. (Jay) Keller; brother-in-law Skip Prince; dear friends Kathie Newell, Jeff Bradds, Lucy the dog and many others.

A memorial service will be held on Sept. 26, 2015.
