2016 Annual Appropriations & declaring an emergency
ORDINANCE NO. 2015-27, Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio
Interested persons will take note that the Village Council of Yellow Springs on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, gave first reading to an ordinance as an emergency, text to follow.
Council will consider said ordinance for a second reading as an emergency in a public hearing to begin at 7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 7, 2015, in the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton St.
WHERE AS, this ordinance is adopted to make appropriations for expenses and other expenditures of the Village of Yellow Springs, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
