Girls basketball
The Lady Bulldogs began their week on Thursday at the Miami Valley School. The game started out rough for the ladies as they trailed at the half, 15–24. However, another stellar defensive performance held the Miami Valley Rams to just one third-quarter point, and the girls pulled away with a two-point victory, 34–32. Dede Cheatom had 22 rebounds and Gracie Price led all scorers with 12. The Lady Bulldogs played at home Monday night against Stivers.
Boys basketball
The boys kicked off the week at home against Legacy Christian Academy and lost 65-58. Andrew Clark scored 20 points and James Browning had 15 points and 9 rebounds in the loss. The Bulldogs then earned a conference victory on the road against the Miami Valley School, 48-43. A strong first quarter was the key for the Bulldogs as they jumped ahead and never looked back. Saturday the guys were away at Triad. They came away victorious, 65–61, having held Triad to only 18 first half points.
