ORDINANCE RE: APPROVING THE EDITING AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS AND PASSED AS AN EMERGENCY

VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO

Interested persons will take note that the Village Council of Yellow Springs
on Monday, May 21, 2018, gave first reading to an ordinance and passed as an
emergency, text to follow.

ORDINANCE 2018-15
• Approving the Editing and Inclusion of Certain Ordinances and Resolutions as Parts of the Various Component Codes of the Codified Ordinances: Approving Adopting and Enacting New Matter in the Updated and Revised Codified Ordinances: Repealing Ordinances and Resolutions in Conflict Therewith: Publishing the Enactment of New Matter; and Declaring an Emergency (This ordinance approves all editorial changes to the codified ordinances as necessitated by either changes in the Ohio Revised Code or changes made by ordinances adopted by Council in 2017.)
