John August Sellen, loving husband and father, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, at Dayspring of Enon. He was 93.

Born Aug. 25, 1925, in Syracuse, N.Y., John was a WWII veteran and retired technical sergeant in the US Air Force. He was a former resident of Dayton. 

John is survived by his wife, Doloris A. Sellen, née Jones; and children, Kathleen A. Hennessy (Michael), of Yellow Springs, Michele A. Shelton (James), of Colorado Springs, Colo., Debra A. Henning (Jeffrey), of Kettering, and John P. Sellen (Beatrice), of Lawton, Okla.
