The Village of Yellow Springs (“Village”) is a municipal government and power
supplier and services provider to Village residents and businesses. The Village is a
municipally owned electric distribution system located in Greene County, Ohio and
serves approximately 2,200 electric meters consisting of residential and commercial
customers. The Village is soliciting proposals for the survey of the Village electric grid,
including recommendations for upgrades, proposed time schedule and estimated costs
for upgrades and a prioritized list of those upgrades.
