APPROVING THE 2020 ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
ORDINANCE NO. 2020-37, VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO
Interested persons will take note that the Village Council of Yellow Springs on Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, read the below ordinance as an emergency, text to follow.
The ordinance will go into effect immediately upon passage following a second reading and public hearing on December 21, 2020 during a virtual meeting.
WHEREAS, this ordinance is adopted to make appropriations for expenses and other expenditures of the Village of Yellow Springs, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
