Michael A. “Mike” Gray passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on Wednesday, Jan. 20.

Mike was born Dec. 26, 1955, in Springfield, Ohio, and was a lifelong resident of Yellow Springs. He owned his own business, Gray’s Earthworks, for many years. The man could operate any piece of equipment. He loved cars and spent time working on them and helping others work on things. He loved people and would help anyone.

He was preceded in death by his father, William; mother, Maxine;  and brothers, Jim and John. He is survived by his brother, Tom; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and so many friends.

A celebration of his life will be held after the COVID-19 pandemic subsides.
