Conrad David Frye

Conrad David Frye, age 66, passed away on May 23, 2022, at University of Louisville Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

Conrad was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Frye, Sr. and mother, Frances Irene Frye Conrad is survived by his partner, Lisa; his daughter, Audrey Malena Frye; his granddaughter, Bianca Maria Roach; brothers, Eugene Frye Jr. and Adam Frye; sister, Debra Leach; numerous nieces and nephews; and countless cousins.

Conrad was born in Williamson, W.V., and grew up in Xenia, Ohio, attending Xenia High School and the Columbus College of Art and Design. He served in the U.S. Navy in Naval Intelligence and later worked for many years as a graphic designer for several engineering firms.

Conrad was a kind, generous and loving person to everyone. He was also a creative person and appreciated great art, but he most loved the artwork that he saw in God’s Great Creation. He was a talented artist and later in life enjoyed creating abstract computer artwork. His artwork has been displayed in several art shows dedicated to his work in both Dayton, Ohio, and Louisville, Ky.

Conrad was a member of Northside Christian Church in Xenia, Ohio and later attended Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Ky.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 31, at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia, Ohio, followed by a noon funeral service. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
