APPROVING THE FORM AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE 2024-2028 LANDFILL ENERGY SCHEDULE WITH AMERICAN MUNICIPAL POWER, INC. AND TAKING OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH REGARDING LANDFILL GENERATED ENERGY PURCHASES
ORDINANCE 2023-42, VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO
Interested persons will take note that the Village Council of Yellow Springs on Monday, Nov. 20, gave first reading to the following ordinance. Council will give a second reading and hold public hearing on this ordinance for possible passage into law on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023, in the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton St.
This ordinance renews the Village’s contract with American Municipal Power for landfill gas for an additional four years. Full text available online and in Clerk’s office.
