Notice is hereby given that on July 19, 2010 at 7:10 p.m., a public hearing will be held on the Budget prepared by the Miami Township Trustees of Greene County, Ohio, for the next succeeding fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.

The Village of Yellow Springs recently completed our Consumer Confidence Report and mailed the report to customers receiving utility bills. Copies of the Consumer Confidence Report are available at the Utility Office, at Bryan Community Center.

Lewis Borton died Thursday, June 17, at Greene Memorial Hospital. He was 89 years old.

Madeline Lance died from cancer complications on June 7, 2009. She was 65.

Meetings are held in Council Chambers unless otherwise noted.
