Welcome to the Yellow Springs News 2014-15 Community Directory online business and professional submission form. This is the first year we have offered businesses and professionals the opportunity to submit their information online.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.
Printed cards are available to fill out; if you submit your information using this form, you will not need to fill out and submit a printed card.
DISPLAY ADS:
You may attach an electronic version of your existing display ad indicating any necessary changes (allowed formats are PDF and JPEG, up to 8MB in size).
THE DEADLINE:
Submit your information by Friday, February 21. We cannot be responsible for submissions after this date.
CONFIRMATION OF SUBMISSION:
To confirm the receipt of your information, we will contact you at the e-mail provided. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation e-mail within about a week of your submission, please contact us. Please note: We cannot accept payments online at this time. We do require first-time advertisers to pre-pay.
