Neighborhood Block Contacts for Yellow Springs

Do you know your neighborhood block contact?

In the latest effort to identify — and meet — local needs during the coronavirus crisis, local leaders are empowering 31 neighborhood block contacts throughout the village.
The Yellow Springs Community Foundation, in its role as the coordinating organization for the community response to the COVID-19 crisis, is helping to organize and operate a network of volunteers dedicated to making sure that no community member is left behind during the crisis.

Neighborhood Block Contacts (NBCs) will serve as communications point persons and information clearinghouses for neighborhood areas, which are based on the infrastructure of local block parties. They will assess the needs of their neighborhoods and connect villagers with the information and resources they need.
