Board of Zoning Appeals: Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that Benjamin Booso has requested a variance from the minimum lot area requirement in order to replat three parcels into two and to construct three additional single-family dwellings on his properties at 118 and 120 Marshall St. The proposed replat would result in each of four dwelling units having a lot area of 4,687.5 square feet. The Village of Yellow Springs Codified Ordinance, Chapter 1250.02 requires that each dwelling unit on a multiple-unit parcel in zoning district “Residence B” have an area of 6,000 square feet. The Greene County Parcel I.D. #s are F19000100080029600, F19000100080029500 and F19000100080029400.

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THIS PETITION BY THE VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The applications, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village Planner on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
