Servlet Internet Services Company was sold last week to a group of local investors, including the co-owner of one of Servlet’s biggest customers, e-Health Data Solutions. Roi Qualls, director of operations at e-Health, Cyprian Sajabi and several of their friends and family members purchased the local internet service provider from its founder and CEO, Bruce Cornett.

While the change of ownership was completed on March 1, the past and present principals will spend the coming year ensuring a smooth leadership transition. Servlet will continue to operate at its current location on Xenia Avenue, and Cornett will remain the company’s president for the time being.

Cornett and his wife Carol Cornett plan to retire soon to spend more time at their home in Panama.

More on the story will appear in this week’s YS News.
