Cirque Carnival brings the bizarre to Dayton Street

The third annual Dayton Street Cirque Carnival on Friday was a smashing success, according to organizers Patrick and Mindy Harney, as clowns and families alike swarmed the streets for face painting, henna tattoos, food, music, acrobatics, fire dance, hula hooping and more.
