On Saturday night the Yellow Springs High School boys soccer team’s post-season run ended one win shy of a district championship. The Bulldogs lost 3–2 to Seven Hills of Cincinnati in the Southwest Ohio District Finals, held at Eaton High School. The score was tied 1–1 at the half, then was even again at 2–2 before Seven Hills scored the winning goal.

Earlier in the week the Bulldogs knocked off Botkins 6–0 in the Dayton District Semi-Finals at Franklin High School on Tuesday.

Also competing in a post-season tournament was YSHS cross-country runner Charlotte Walkey. The sophomore finished the Regional Final 5K race in 22:30.07, good for 71st place.
