New optometrist in village

Optometrist Todd McManus has recently opened a new office in Yellow Springs, taking over the practice recently known as Greene County Eye Care, which moved out of town. His office is located at 1496 Southgate Avenue.
The new office is open three days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon on Fridays. Services offered include eye exams, vision therapy, contact lens fittings, eye disease treatments and glasses prescriptions. He also has a selection of eyewear.
McManus studied at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and worked in various Chicago hospitals before returning to his home area near Xenia. He and his wife and children live in Xenia Township.
