Tim Rogers

In lieu of a traditional obituary, Tim wrote this letter to be shared after his death:
“To all my friends of Yellow Springs: during the last 15 years it has been my honor and privilege to care for and serve the people of Yellow Springs. I’ve been a pharmacist for 48 years and I can honestly say that my 15 years in Yellow Springs have been the happiest and most gratifying of my career. If I’d had a choice in the matter, I’d still be serving you with my Town Drug family. I miss each and every one of you and treasure the trust and affection that you gave me more than I can express. It has been a good run and I thank you.”
Tim is survived by his wife, Stefi Campbell; his mother, Ida Giles of Caldwell, Ohio; his sons, Joe of Celina and Scott (Erin) of Kettering; two step-daughters, Erin (Ben Hardman) and Katie Campbell, both of Yellow Springs; three granddaughters, Dorian Campbell of Yellow Springs and Hadley and Avery Rogers of Kettering; his brother Don (Connie) of Akron; his aunt Barbara Way of Caldwell; numerous cousins and his wonderful Town Drug Family. He will be sorely missed by his beloved napping partners, Phoebe Dog and Lucy Dog. At Tim’s request (in lieu of a memorial), there will be a potluck celebration on Sunday, Feb. 9, 4:30–7:30 p.m. at The Winds Cafe. Donations may be made to SICSA at sicsa.org.
