Library hosts events for kids and adults

The library will host two events tomorrow, Sept. 16, for kids and adults.

“LOL — Library Out Loud,” for ages 9–12, will be held from 3–4 p.m. Kids are invited to hang out after school with Ms. Janet, have a snack, draw with different media and listen to an audio book.

“Japanese Festivals: Cooking and Culture,” a program for ages 18 and older, will be held from 6:30–8 p.m. Etsuko Strohecker and Sue Jeffery will lead a class on Japanese summer festivals and prepare several typical festival dishes. Call 352-4003 in advance to register.
