Ngqakayi and Chick to swim at states

YSHS swimmers Aman Ngqakayi and Olivia Chick will swim at the Division II state swimming finals in Canton next week after stellar district performances on Friday.
Ngqakayi qualified in the boys 100-yard breaststroke after a bronze medal performance at districts. The junior swam the event in 1:00 even. Ngqakayi also qualified in the 100 yard Freestyle with time of 48:64.
Chick qualified for states as well. Last weekend, sophomore brought home two sectional titles, winning the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:55.75 and the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 53.44.
