Reception for new potter on Friday

“Getting to Know You, a reception for the ceramic work of Nicki Strouss, the new technician at John Bryan Community Pottery, will take place Friday, Nov. 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the potshop at Bryan Center. The shop is the building with a penguin mural behind the John Bryan Center.
The event is free and open to the public.
Strouss is a graduate of the Columbus College of art and design with a background in firing as well as in teaching ceramics to children.
