A Thanksgiving welcome to all

The annual Yellow Springs Community Thanksgiving dinner will take place this Thursday, Nov. 23, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church. The event is open to all.
Those who attend are asked to contribute a dish for the meal, although no one will be turned away. Traditional, vegetarian and vegan dishes are welcome. Attendees will serve themselves buffet-style, then sit with others at long tables. Over the years, the Thanksgiving dinner has become a popular local event, where villagers mingle with old friends and make new ones.
The dinner is sponsored by the Interspiritual Council. For more information, contact Tom Siebold at 767-9966.
