Floral gifts

Daria Mabra of Glen Garden Gifts distributed several dozen flowers in vases, buckets and jars around downtown Friday afternoon, April 2, after an anonymous buyer paid to brighten up many a people’s day. Cards attached read, “Compliments of a villager, with love.”
The flowers, placed on tables, windowsills, benches and stairs, were there for the taking, and ranged from long-stem red roses in vases to brightly colored arrangements.
