The annual Strawberry Festival will return this year on Friday and Saturday, June 10 and 11, at the First Presbyterian Church. Volunteers are needed to help prepare strawberries at a Cutting Bee on Thursday, June 9.

On Thursday, June 2, Antioch College will present Robert Sayre, culinary director of Conflict Kitchen, beginning at 7 p.m. in McGregor Hall 113.

On Wednesday, May 26, the YS Senior Center presented its third annual flash mob performance in recognition of National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Click for photos and video of the event.

Last week, Home Inc. kicked off phase 2 of its Cemetery Street project, hosting a groundbreaking ceremony on the lots where the next two Home Inc. homes are going to be built.

Many years of hard work is coming to a close tonight at 7 p.m. at the high school. Just enough time to get their diplomas and celebrate with family and friends before they hit the ground running on to their next new adventure in life!

Wilbur A. Latson peacefully closed his eyes in rest on May 15, 2016, in Soin Medical Center. He was 84.
