Truss soars to sixth at state

On a rainy day in Columbus on Friday, Yellow Springs High School senior Antone Truss competed with the best high jumpers from Division III schools in Ohio and came in sixth place out of 16 competitors.
Truss overcame heights up to 6’0” to earn his points. The conditions were tough and the champion cleared 6’4” for the title. By comparison, Truss jumped 6’6” in the regional meet last week.
