While spring sports competition kicks off this week and next, a number of Yellow Springs High School winter sports athletes were honored with a variety of awards at the conclusion of the winter season.

Metro Buckeye Conference
Boys Basketball
MBC Athlete of the Year and First Team All Conference: Senior DeAndre Cowen
Second Team All Conference: Senior Nate Curtis and junior Eli Eyrich
Sportsmanship: Senior Malik Thomas
Coach of the Year: Nick Trimbach

First Team All Conference: Senior Aaliyah Longshaw and Junior Corrine Totty
