The weather couldn’t have been more perfect on Saturday, July 7, for this year’s Springsfest, which featured 11 bands over 11 hours. The event was capped with a rocking performance by the Dayton legendary act Guided By Voices in their first performance ever in Yellow Springs. According to organizer Conor Stratton, a total of 1,835 people attended the festival, held on the John Bryan Center lawn. “The festival was a dream come true this year and it is certainly here to stay,” Stratton said at festival’s end.
