Street scene

During this Saturday’s march, the last for several local organizers who will soon start college, demonstrators traveled to the Bryan Center to deliver a handful of letters to the Village related to a recent dispute between Village and demonstrators. Those tensions eased this week after apologies from some Council members and renewed commitments to anti-racism.
Demonstrators also marched down Xenia Avenue and blocked the street in front of the Mills Park Hotel in silence for several minutes.
Another rally and march is set for this Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mills Lawn.
