Marilyn Berryman passed away on July 26, 2023, due to natural causes after a fall.

Shoji “Sho” Maruyama, beloved father of Jeff, Benji, Drew and Mike Maruyama, passed away peacefully on Aug. 12, 2023. He was 96.

Antioch College announced last week that it has listed for sale two of its prominent campus buildings — the Sontag-Fels Building, located at 800 Livermore St., and the Charles F. Kettering Building, at 150 E. South College St.

At their Tuesday, Sept. 5, regular meeting, Village Council reviewed a list of ongoing projects and discussed which of those projects should be paused temporarily or stopped altogether — as well as which may continue and which can be initiated.

On Aug. 21, Bomani Moyenda and several members of the Wrecking Crew gathered in Antioch College’s MacGregor Hall to discuss the 25 weeks of non-stop organizing and protests.
