Negotiations between Antioch University and the Antioch College Continuation Corporation, or ACCC, came to an end Friday, March 28, when the university did not respond to the deadline set by ACCC for a response to its final offer to purchase the college.

An Antioch University attorney last week threatened legal action against a local man for publishing confidential documents from Antioch University board meetings on a Web site that aims to promote transparency regarding university decisions about Antioch College.

On Tuesday, March 11, faculty members of Antioch College announced that they have refiled their lawsuit against Antioch University. The suit seeks a permanent injunction against the university’s board of trustees in the Greene County Common Pleas Court.
