Evelyn J. (Sims) Milligan, formerly of Yellow Springs, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home in Cincinnati, Ohio, on July 25, 2022.

Carolyn Treadway died Friday, July 15. She was 88.

After months listed at a “low” community level for COVID-19 by the Centers for Disease Control, Greene County rose to a “medium” level last week, according to the CDC’s website.
