Local governing bodies hold joint meeting — growth, levies and taxes broached
For the first time in over three years, representatives from all three local governmental bodies — Village Council, Yellow Springs Board of Education and Miami Township Board of Trustees — gathered in one room. The goal of the two-hour meeting held Thursday, July 9, was to discuss ways the three groups could work more closely and collaboratively on matters of development, finances and, more generally, small-town cohesion.
