Notice is hereby given that:

Three owners of property in the Village have requested a public hearing with the Yellow Springs Planning Commission;

1) Center for Business and Education Plat, Preliminary Design Plan –- Dayton Yellow Springs Road & E. Enon Road – (Planned Unit Development (PUD) District). Education Village, Inc. in partnership with the Village of Yellow Springs has submitted a preliminary design plan for the purpose of dedicating rights-of-way to the Village of Yellow Springs for a future mixed use PUD development. The property contains 35.2+ acres
and consists of two Greene County Parcels; ID #F1900010020000300 and Parcel ID; #F16000100060002500 (Miami Twp).

2) Rezoning Application – 888 Dayton Street – (I-2 Industrial District) – Ted Donnell of Axis Architecture, with acknowledgement of the property owner, Yellow Springs, LLC, has requested a rezoning for the property at 888 Dayton Street from the I-2, Industrial District to the PUD District. The rezoning is being requested in order that the existing structure may be used as a mixed development for a variety of business and industrial uses. Greene County Parcel ID#; F19000100030001200; #F19000100030001400; #F19000100030001500.

3) Conditional Use Application (Verizon Wireless Cell Tower) – 100 Dayton Street – (Conservation District) – Mike Nugent with New Par, dba Verizon Wireless, with acknowledgement of the property owner, The Village of Yellow Springs, has requested a conditional use permit for construction of a cell tower. The 120’ high tower would be
a slim line monopole with a 2’ lighting arrester and a radio equipment building. Greene County Parcel ID#; F19000100130000100.

This notice provides you and ever y other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The application, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village Planner on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
