On Monday, May 27, several cities in the Miami Valley were hit by catastrophic tornadoes, resulting in the loss of many homes and businesses. As volunteers and city workers clear out the damage from the storms, they need supplies to make their work easier. Those who are able to help are asked to donate the following supplies:

• hand sanitizer wipes
• liquid hand sanitizer
• toilet paper
• paper towels
• snacks
• napkins
• trash bags
• paper plates
• aluminum foil
• sandwich bags
• cash donations

Donations may be dropped off at the First Presbyterian Church of Yellow Springs Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m., through June 10. If the church is locked, a box will be left on the front porch for collections.

Donations for tornado relief will be taken to a distribution site at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Dayton.
