Layoffs, restructuring at Antioch College
Antioch College President Jane Fernandes publicly announced in a Feb. 21 statement that the college had eliminated nine staff and faculty positions and has plans to “restructure” an additional eight positions with title changes and salary reductions.

Village Council weighs income tax changes
At their regular meeting on Monday, March 6, Village Council members weighed the impacts of a proposed ordinance that would lower by half the amount of income tax credit granted to individuals who work beyond Yellow Springs and pay taxes in other municipalities, from 100% to 50%.

“Mamma Mia” musical performances postponed due to illness
According to a notification sent out by Yellow Springs Schools, all performances of the YSHS/McKinney musical, “Mamma Mia,” have been rescheduled due to cast and crew illness.
