  • Local musicians, promoters at fest

    The Yellow Springs band Soul Rebels is one of eight local musical groups that will perform at the HighPoint Music Festival at Zane Shawnee Caverns in Bellefontaine this weekend, Aug. 20 to Aug. 22.
