Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on a Conditional
Use application;

Willow Lisa Thomas of Addiction’s
Resource Center, Inc. acting with
acknowledgement of the property
owners, John L. Semmlow & Susanne

E. Oldham, has requested a modifi
cation to the existing conditional
use permit that currently allows
the property located at 120 W.
Limestone Street to operate as a
Bed and Breakfast known as the
Arthur Morgan House. In addition
to the Bed & Breakfast use, the
applicant would like to establish a
72-hour week-end driver education
program for participants that have
been referred due to some type of
driving impairment. The Village of
Yellow Springs Codified Ordinances
identifies a ‘Bed and Breakfast’ in the
R-B, Moderate Density Residential
District as a Conditional Use in Table
1248.02 Schedule of Uses: Residential
Districts and in Section 1262.08(e)(2)
Bed and Breakfasts. Greene County
Parcel ID #F19000100090024300.
Applicable Yellow Springs Zoning
Code sections are: Sec. 1248.02
(Table), Sec. 1262.01 – Sec. 1262.07,
and Sec. 1262.08(e)(2).
