Request for Qualifications for Water Line Projects

The Village of Yellow Springs is soliciting qualification-based proposals
from engineering consultants for two water line projects totaling about 8150 feet of 10-inch and 12-inch pipe within the Village. The selected consultant will handle all work including surveying, design, funding applications, OPWC grant oversight, easement preparation, environmental assessments if needed, PTI application, bidding assistance and construction administration for both projects, which might be combined for construction.
Proposals must be submitted by 12 noon on April 18, 2014 to Kent Bristol, Interim Manager, Village of Yellow Springs, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387, or by email to KBristol@vil.yellowsprings.oh.us. The complete Request for Qualifications and additional project information
