Bid Request To Complete Three Projects
The Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio is soliciting bids for completion of three projects (bid as one project):
Cemetery Street Waterline Project, Limestone Street Sanitary And Storm Project, And Xenia Avenue Water Main Crossing.
Request for Bid documents containing the requirements of the Village of
Yellow Springs for the completion of these three (bid as one) projects will be available Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the Administrative Offices at 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387. Questions regarding the RFB process should be directed to Kent Bristol, Interim Village Manager at (937) 767-1279.
RFB responses will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, May 30, 2014 at 100 Dayton Street, 2nd floor meeting room. The Village reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any or all bids. All bid amounts must be guaranteed for a minimum 60 days after date of bid opening. If a Firm’s proposal is selected, the Firm must be able to enter into a contract in the month of June to begin work by late June or early July, 2014.
