The Village of Yellow Springs Board of Zoning Appeals will convene on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor, John Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, OH.

7:10 p.m. Public Hearings:

Variance Request: 326 Phillips Street, Parker Buckley & Carol Young, Greene County Parcel ID # F19000100100011400.  This variance request is in the R-B Moderate Density Residential zoning district; “To exceed the rear yard requirement of no more than 30 percent (Section 1260.04(a) 3) in order to construct a detached two-car garage with access through the existing alleyway.”
