Ordinance 2022-01: ADOPTING FLOOD DAMAGE RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ODNR

A local group seeking to preserve about five undeveloped acres on the western side of the Mills Lawn Elementary School property presented a land conservation proposal earlier this month to the Yellow Springs school board.

Mary Elizabeth (Hawkins) Struewing, 95, of Yellow Springs, Ohio, died peacefully, with her children at her side, on Thursday, March 3, 2022.

Pat, as he was called since birth, passed away Oct. 1, 2021, at Soin Hospital in Beavercreek, Ohio, from pneumonia.

Marilyn Jayne Van Eaton died peacefully on March 8 — International Women’s Day — at Friends Care Center.

Donald Lewis, age 78, passed away on Feb. 24, 2022. Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 10, 1 p.m., at Glen Forest Cemetery in Yellow Springs.

Viola Elaine Nutt, who answered to “Elaine Nutt,” transitioned peacefully in her home on March 2, 2022, in Ann Arbor, Mich. She was 90 years old.
