The village locations accepting #5 plastics for recycling, spearheaded by villager Vickie Hennessy, have reopened, after initially being closed on Dec. 31.

The Village of Yellow Springs will conduct a curb-side Christmas tree pick-up for Village residents on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 8 and 9.

Sue Neff, 81, is preparing to return to Harbour Island in the Bahamas this month to teach culinary arts at the Harbour Island Trade School.

Wilson Hopkins “Tony” Bent died peacefully and with family present after a brief illness, on Dec 17, 2019, at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek. He was 95 years old.
