    The 2018 Major League rec baseball season opened Saturday, June 2, with the Sunrise Café Indians taking an 18–12 victory over the Yellow Springs Toy Company Pirates.

  • Those remarkable rascals of T-ball

    Spring is here, with summer right around the corner. And that means it’s time for the Perry League, Yellow Springs’ all-volunteer, 10-week T-ball program for kids 2–9 years of age.

    For the first time in history, both the McKinney School boys and girls track and field teams won the Metro Buckeye Conference (MBC) championships, held last weekend at Cedarville University.

    Sign up now for youth summer recreational baseball.

    All youth ages 7–11 are eligible to play in the coach-pitched Minor League, with the season to begin in early June.
