Sporting a painted mask, Kurtis Bliss snaked through the Dayton Street Cirque Carnival on Friday, July 16, doing a freestyle hip-hop dance called “popping and locking.” The street fair for Dayton Street drew a crowd of about 600 people, who came between 6 and 10:30 p.m. to see the fire dancers, live bands, and many local and regional artists booths.
