Zoning code topic of special Council meeting
- Published: April 26, 2013
Village Council will gather at a special meeting this Monday, April 29, at 7 p.m. at Council chambers to consider the recently updated zoning code, which has been in front of Planning Commission for the past several months. The final step in the multi-year process to update the code is Council hearing Planning Commission’s recommendations, and either approving or changing them.
The zoning code update will address issues of interest to most villagers, including minimum home size, regulations for home businesses, and signage. According to Council President Judith Hempfling this week, Council will likely vote on some zoning code amendments at the April 29 meeting.
